Alexandra “Alex” Loker joins Ronald McDonald House® San Diego as president and CEO on Sept. 21, 2026, bringing 20 years of nonprofit health care leadership. She comes to the House from Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation, where she served as vice president of philanthropy following nearly nine years in leadership roles with Rady Children’s Health. Previously, she served as executive director of the March of Dimes San Diego-Imperial Division.

Alex looks forward to building on all the House has accomplished under Chuck Day’s leadership and continuing to develop services that support the whole family throughout their child’s hospital care.
